A: Verify that 5 V power is supplied to the Type-C port of the eBikePal Link. Make sure the power source output is not too low to drive the unit. Check whether the LED flashes red to confirm the device has booted.

Q: Why is the LED on my eBikePal Link off?

A: In rare cases the LED may fail while the eBikePal Link still works. Check whether the SSID eBCI_XXXXXX appears in your Wi-Fi list. If it shows up, the device is functional.

If the LED stays off and no SSID appears, first rule out insufficient supply voltage by trying another power adapter. If the input voltage is around 5 V yet the LED remains off and no SSID is broadcast, the eBikePal Link is defective. Please contact our support.
