What is e-Bike Remote Diagnostic (eBRD)?
The e-Bike Remote Diagnostic is a technical solution using internet technology to diagnose the e-bike, it is consisted of e-biker’s computer and technician’s computer loaded with special remote software, internet connection service,usb cable (connected to e-bike display), comm interface eBRDS Box (only needed for some e-bike models).
How does eBRD work?
The e-Biker contact us or technicians who is using our eBRD solution, and makes an appointment for this remote diagnostic service, and then just connects his computer to the display of e-bike via usb cable, and launches our special remote software to request connection, the technician accepts to build the connection successfully, then he can run the diagnostic application from his computer to diagnose the e-bike at the remote end.

Which brands of e-Bike can the eBRD work on?
Currently the eBRD can support the e-bikes equipped with Bosch e-bike system 2. Yamaha e-bike system, as well as Panasonic e-bike system.
